Clean energy, conscious heart
At WAYE, we use solar panels to harness the sun's energy and reduce our environmental footprint. In addition, all of our air conditioners are inverter air conditioners, which means much lower electricity consumption without sacrificing your comfort.
LED and dimmed lighting is also designed to minimize energy impact and create warm, relaxing and efficient environments.
Water that returns clean to the earth
We take water very seriously.
We have a reverse osmosis system to ensure water purity, and we have 4 biodigesters that treat all wastewater (from kitchen, bathrooms and laundry) to avoid any damage to the soil or subsoil.
It is a closed system, responsible and respectful of Valladolid's natural environment.

Ingredients that taste like a community
In our restaurant we cook with ingredients provided by the nearby land. We use fruits and vegetables grown less than 10 km away, betting on a responsible and fresh consumption.
We have our own garden where we grow rosemary, basil and other herbs that give flavor to our dishes, and we make compost to close the cycle of organic waste.

We use biodegradable cleaning products, without phosphates or chemicals harmful to the environment or your skin.
Our soaps and shampoos are biodegradable and made with local honey, taking care of your body and the aquatic ecosystems at the same time.
