A balcony, cross-ventilation, and a view of the hotel plaza

The Balcony Room comes in two configurations: the single room, with a queen-size bed, and the double room, with two double beds. Both share the same features: a private balcony overlooking the hotel plaza and the breeze that makes the Yucatán climate so pleasant.

It's inspired by a "Kin" from the Mayan calendar, just like the 22 rooms at Wayé. If you're unsure whether to choose the single or double room, write to us and we'll let you know which one is best for you based on your travel plans.

On foot from the gate

Wayé is located in the historic center of Valladolid, Yucatán. From the entrance, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Calzada de los Frailes, the Convent of San Bernardino, the Main Park, and the Zací Cenote. And whenever you want to explore outside the town, tours to Chichén Itzá, Ek Balam, and Río Lagartos are organized right here.

What's Not on the List of Amenities

The air conditioning is inverter-based, and the lighting is LED, powered by solar panels. The water is treated using reverse osmosis. The soap and shampoo are made with local honey and are phosphate-free. Organic waste is composted and used in the hotel’s garden. Staying here is also a way to travel.
