Beyond mere rhetoric, a sustainable hotel is evaluated based on verifiable facts in five areas: energy (renewable and efficient), water (treatment and reuse), waste (sorting and composting), suppliers (local and fair-trade), and, above all, independent certifications that validate all of the above.
The difference: international certification
